Data you provide when you sign up: This includes your username, password, email address, subscription preferences, and basic information about any accounts you choose to associate with your registration, such as your Apple, Facebook, or Google account.

Data you provide when you create profiles or contributions: This includes user-generated content such as profile information (name, contact details, demographic information you choose to provide), deal submissions, coupon tips, reviews, comments, ratings, and forum posts. We encourage all users to make conscious choices about what they share online. We are not responsible for information you choose to disclose publicly through our Services.

Inferences: We may infer data about you based on your shopping interests, browsing behavior, location, language preferences, and other data we have access to in order to provide you with more relevant deals and offers.

Data we collect through your use of our Services: We make and keep records when we provide you support or assistance. We collect information about how you interact with our Services, including which coupon codes you view, click, or redeem; which deals you save or share; your browsing patterns; products you search for; merchants you visit through our platform; cashback you earn; and how you interact with advertisements displayed on our Services.

Data we receive from third parties: In some cases, we may receive information about you from third parties, including social networking sites, merchant partners, advertising networks, analytics providers, and data brokers. Merchants may provide product information related to purchases made using our coupon codes or cashback offers. Please note that this policy does not cover the practices of third parties, including those that may disclose information to us.

4. Sensitive Personal Information

We do not seek to collect or process sensitive personal information, such as race or ethnicity, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health, or sex life. Where users choose to disclose sensitive personal information within profiles, contributions, or other free-text fields available through our Services, we do not use the sensitive information for any additional purpose without consent, unless required to comply with laws or prevent crimes.

In certain cases, merchants may provide product information related to purchases made through our coupon codes or cashback offers which could inadvertently reveal sensitive information. We take reasonable measures to limit the processing of such incidentally collected sensitive data.

5. Direct Marketing

We may use the contact details you provided to reach out to you with information regarding services that may be of interest to you, including upcoming promotions, new coupon codes, deal alerts, cashback offers, and personalized shopping recommendations. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time at no cost by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any marketing email, adjusting your notification settings in your account, or by contacting us at support@couponhulk.com.

You may also opt out of SMS marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any promotional text message you receive from us, or by contacting our support team.

6. Behavioral Advertising

Subject to your privacy choices and settings, we may collect data about your behavior while using our Services in order to provide you with more relevant interest-based advertising on other websites and applications, as well as our partners’ platforms and media channels. This may include information about the coupon codes and deals you browse, the merchants you visit, and your shopping preferences.

If you do not wish to receive this type of advertising, you can change your preferences by visiting our Privacy Portal at www.couponhulk.com/privacy, or by using the opt-out mechanisms provided by the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA), the European Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA), or the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada (DAAC). The specific providers we use for behavioral advertising may change from time to time.

We may collect information about you through the use of cookies and similar technologies on our websites, applications, and browser extensions. We may also permit our third-party service providers to use cookies for the purposes of analytics, ad personalization, and providing you with more relevant advertisements.

Some third parties may choose to use their own cookies for the purposes of collecting information relating to the viewing of their advertising on our platform. 8. Information We Share with Third Parties

Coupon Hulk Affiliates

We may share your information with our parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities to assist us in the operation, improvement, and further development of our Services. We may also share information with affiliates for the purposes of targeted advertising. Other Third Parties

We may also share your personal information with the following:

  • Relevant third-party providers where our Services use third-party advertising, plugins, or content, subject to your privacy choices and settings, and our Terms of Use.
  • Merchants, business partners, or advertisers where you have consented and chosen to participate in offers, contests, cashback programs, or other promotional activities.
  • Third-party processors (such as analytics providers, data centers, payment processors, customer support platforms, etc.), located anywhere in the world, subject to applicable requirements and limitations.

9. International Transfers of Information

We may transfer your information to recipients in other countries. Coupon Hulk participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF), and the APEC Cross Border Privacy Rules System. Where we transfer information from the European Economic Area (“EEA”) to a recipient outside the EEA that is not in an adequate jurisdiction, we do so on the basis of standard contractual clauses.

Because of the international nature of our business, we may need to transfer your information within Coupon Hulk and its affiliated entities, and to third parties as noted above, in connection with the purposes set out in this Policy. For this reason, we may transfer your information to other countries that may have different laws and data protection compliance requirements. We remain liable under the DPF Principles if any third parties that we transfer your personal information to process it in a manner inconsistent with the DPF Principles, unless we prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

Coupon Hulk has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Coupon Hulk has also certified that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland. If there is any conflict between the terms in this Privacy Policy and the DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. We are committed to staying current with developments related to the Data Privacy Framework and may update our transfer mechanisms and safeguards as necessary to remain compliant. Any updates will be reflected in this Privacy Policy.

Enforcement Authority

The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Coupon Hulk’s compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Complaints Mechanism

In compliance with the DPF Principles, Coupon Hulk commits to resolve complaints about our collection and use of your personal information. EU, UK, and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our handling of personal data received in reliance on the DPF should first contact Coupon Hulk at privacy@couponhulk.com.

Coupon Hulk commits to refer unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the DPF to TRUSTe (or an equivalent alternative dispute resolution provider), whose services are provided at no cost to you. Under certain conditions, a binding arbitration option may be available to you in order to address complaints not resolved by any other means. 10. Data Security and Breach Handling

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, misuse, or unauthorized access while in our possession. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security assessments, and employee training on data protection practices.

All third parties we contract with must agree to provide reasonable data security measures for the personal information we share with them, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Note that certain service-related communications are an integral part of your account and you may continue to receive them unless you delete your account.

Online Behavioral Advertising (OBA): Coupon Hulk strives to adhere to the self-regulatory principles of the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) in the U.S., the DAAC in Canada, and the EDAA in the EU. You can opt out of OBA by visiting the respective DAA websites or by using the opt-out tools provided within our Services.

Opting Out of Tracking: You may manage how your browser handles cookies and related technologies by adjusting its privacy and security settings. Refer to your browser’s Help section for instructions on managing cookie preferences.

Location-Based Services: You may opt out of having your Precise Location Data collected at any time by editing the appropriate setting on your mobile device (usually located in the Settings area of your device).

15. Children

Our Services are not intended for use by children, especially those under 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Coupon Hulk complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and will take steps to delete any personal information collected from a child under 13 if we become aware of such collection.

We reserve the right to remove a user’s account at any time if we discover that a user is under the required age limit for the Service.
